Botania Subscription Policy

Our subscription program lets you receive Botania products automatically at the frequency you choose. The details below explain how billing, cancellations, and shipments work.

  1. Overview • When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method and agree to receive scheduled shipments as outlined at checkout.

  2. Cancellation Window • You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. • Cancel by logging into your account dashboard or emailing support@botania.company.

  3. Billing & Fulfillment • Your payment method is charged on each renewal date. • Orders enter fulfillment immediately after billing. Because of this, subscriptions cannot be cancelled once an order has been billed and processed for shipment.

  4. Effective Date of Cancellation • If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed, the cancellation takes effect for the following billing cycle. You will still receive the shipment you just paid for.
