Botania Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Botania. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

  1. Processing Time • Orders are processed within 12–48 hours of purchase. • When your order ships, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout.

  2. Delivery Time • Transit times vary by destination. • Most orders arrive within 20 business days.

  3. Order Cancellation • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because they move into processing immediately. • For subscription orders, cancel in your account before the next billing date. Subscription orders already billed and in fulfillment cannot be cancelled.

  4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses • Botania is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing apartment numbers. • If a package is held at your local post office, our support team can guide you on retrieval.

  5. Shipping Protection • If you purchased shipping protection and your order is lost in transit, we will reship it at no additional cost. • Packages held for pickup are not eligible for reshipment. • Botania is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  6. Additional Information • Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid delays.

  7. Subscription Orders • You may cancel subscription orders any time before the next billing date. • Subscription orders that have been billed and processed for shipment cannot be cancelled.

  8. Promotions and Reshipments • If a subscription shipment included a promotional offer (for example, Buy 1 Get 1 Free), reshipments will not include the promotional item.
