Botania Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Botania. We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, our team is ready to help.


1. Return Policy

  • Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags, and include proof of purchase.

1.1 How to Start a Return

Email support@botania.company with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return address and step‑by‑step instructions. Please wait for approval before shipping items back—unauthorized returns will be refused.

1.2 Return Shipping

Customers pay return‑shipping costs. Use a trackable service and keep the tracking number; Botania is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

1.3 Refunds

We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of arrival. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

1.4 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, email support@botania.company within 48 hours with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

1.5 Non‑Returnable Items

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal‑care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back.

1.6 Exchanges

For a different item, follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.

1.7 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Botania is not liable for shipments sent to addresses supplied incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it to the corrected address; shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


2. Promotions & Reshipments

Subscription orders that included a promotional offer (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) will not receive the free item on reshipment orders.


3. Subscription Policy

3.1 Overview

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method and agree to receive scheduled shipments of Botania products as outlined during checkout.

3.2 Billing Schedule

Your card will be charged on the date of each renewal. You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before billing.

3.3 Managing & Cancelling

Log in to your account any time to skip, pause, or cancel before the next billing date. Cancellations made after a charge has processed take effect the following cycle, and the most recent order will still ship.

3.4 Non‑Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been billed and are being prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.

3.5 Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription items follow the same 15‑day return policy. Contact support@botania.company to initiate a return.
